Danone daily produces a large number of products that are palletised and transported to a cold storage warehouse. The main tasks in the project were: introduction of an automatic pallet transport system from palletizers to a warehouse providing:

Monitoring travel time;

Emergency alerts when driving time is exceeded;

Control of line occupancy;

Automatic accumulation of pallets.

Automate the process of moving pallets in order to:

  • Faultless execution of the technological process;
  • Exceptions to the human factor;
  • Minimizing the risks of product losses when performing technological operations;
  • Ensuring safety at work;
  • Reduce the number of personnel (truck drivers) at the factory.

  7. Installation, testing of the system. Putting the system into operation. The commissioning works on the adjustment of the interaction of electrical equipment systems in various modes are being carried out.

The composition of these works includes:

  • maintenance of mutual relations, adjustment and adjustment of characteristics and parameters of separate devices and functional groups of an electrical installation with the purpose of maintenance on it of the set operating modes;
  • testing of the electrical installation according to the complete scheme at idle and under load in all operating modes to prepare for a comprehensive testing of process equipment.
