Objective of the project

Development of design documentation and supply of control cabinets for the automation project of a dairy plant in Tashkent. The customer enterprise: Dairy plant in Tashkent.

Description of the task from the company-customer dairy plant in the city of Tashkent

To develop electro-pneumatic cabinets (4 pcs.) For the management of fermentation tanks, washing station, UHT for yogurt, inline “Frumiks”, buffer tanks for yoghurt thermalization and feeding at the bottling line.

  • Management of UHT site for yogurt;
  • Control of the installation inline “Frumiks”;
  • Management of buffer tanks for the thermalisation of yogurt and feed to the filling line;
  • Protection against overloads and short circuits;

Tracking the full life cycle of the product through the client’s customer service area.

Electro-pneumatic cabinets (4pcs) for the management of fermentation tanks, washing station, UHT section for yogurt, inline Frumix, buffer tanks for yoghurt thermalization and feed at the filling line:
