Design and implementation of a dynamic weighing and sorting system, with automatic barcode scanning at the top or side of parcels. Control cabinets development and assembly.

LEOMAX is the leader in the Russian TV retail market, it sorts and dispatches a large number of products every day. The project’s main tasks were: implementing a dynamic weighing and sorting system that meets the following conditions:

• high accuracy in determining the weight and size of goods;
• sorting goods into 3 routes;
• increasing productivity from 1000 loads/hour to 3000 loads/hour;
• round-the-clock operation (24/7);
• automatic control of the load amount;
• line occupancy control.

• The cargo on the conveyor passes through the dimensioning system, the cargo dimensions and weight are determined, the barcode is automatically read, the cargo is photographed, all information and photographs are entered from the local database;
• The data is transferred to the WMS system;
• The cargo is sorted in 3 routes;
• The load is removed by the operator from the opposite side of the system.

5. Installation, testing. Putting the system into operation. Putting the system into operation. Commissioning works are being carried out to set up the interaction of electrical equipment systems in various modes.

These works include:

• ensuring intercouplong, adjusting and setting the characteristics and parameters of individual devices and functional groups in order to ensure the specified operating modes;
• testing equipment at idle speed and under load in all operating modes to prepare for operation.
